At The Helm Sportfishing, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:


Deposits

Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits made to secure your booking are non-refundable unless the trip is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances as determined by The Helm Sportfishing.


Cancellations by the Customer

Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. However, we will work with you to reschedule your trip for a future date, subject to availability. Notice Requirement: To reschedule your trip, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure. Rescheduling is allowed one time per deposit.


Cancellations by The Helm Sportfishing

Weather Conditions: The safety of our guests and crew is our top priority. Trips may be canceled by The Helm Sportfishing due to adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we will either reschedule your trip or provide a full refund of the deposit. Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances that require us to cancel your trip, we will offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of the deposit.


No-Shows

No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled trip without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
